Year 10

What is the subject about?

Students are introduced to studio art practice engaging with a variety of art forms including, drawing, painting, sculpture and printmaking. They investigate art themes, materials, techniques and processes. 

 

Students research artists and art movements for Inspiration and learn how to annotate and evaluate their own art practice in a visual diary. Art vocabulary and analyses are integrated into the student’s art practice and are paramount for art comprehension and folio development.
