Medication Authority Form
A reminder that all medication needs to be sent to the office with a completed Medication Authority Form .
If your child has asthma and an action plan, this medication form does not need to be completed.
Have you moved addresses?
Have you recently moved house, changed jobs, email or your phone number? It is important to notify us of any updates to ensure that we can contact you.
A change of details form is available on SkoolBag to notify us of these changes.
Student Absences
If for any reason your child/ren will not be attending school, it is important that you advise the office by either leaving a message on the answering service or by completing the absentee form via Skoolbag.
You are also welcome to email your teacher, but you must also advise the office of any absences.
SkoolBag App
Please ensure you regularly check SkoolBag for all the latest information as well the newsletter which is published every fortnight.
Our SkoolBag App is our main source of communication. It can be downloaded from the the App Store or Google Play. Please ensure that you have it installed on your phone or device and regularly check it for alerts and notices. We have many events planned this term and you will find them all on the SkoolBag app in the events area.
Please also ensure that you update it for 2023 by adding your child’s individual class. These classes can be found in the Groups section, to ensure that you receive all relevant notifications.
Working With Children Checks
The Working with Children Check (WWC) is a screening process for assessing or re-assessing people who work with or care for children in Victoria.
It is important to ensure that your WWC is current and up to date to be able to assist in our school when volunteers are permitted. Visit https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/ to update, renew or apply for a card.
