Athletics Carnival
As most Diocesan sport has been cancelled we have decided to plan and run our Athletics Carnival activities at school next term. We would love to invite families to our event and are waiting to hear from Catholic Schools NSW as to when parents and friends are allowed back on site.

The state government mentioned that schools can organise for school photos to take place from now but we are waiting to hear from Catholic Schools NSW as to when this take take place for Catholic Schools.
kNOw Waste Warriors Webinar
The students of St Joseph's took part in the CLEANAWAY kNOw Waste Warriors Webinar on Monday. This is in lieu of the annual incursion from CLEANAWAY Waste Solutions.
They learned how to sort waste into yellow, red and green bins and found out what happens to waste when it is taken to the waste management centre. The webinar concluded with a Kahoot Quiz.
School Captains News
This week we will be doing the “Who’s that baby!’ Contest. Each entry is 50 cents and you can enter as many times as you would like. We will announce the winners on Friday at Assembly.
Next Thursday we are running our Vinnies Winter Appeal. You will need to bring in a jacket, blanket, pair of gloves, onesie, scarf, beanie or any other warm item for the less fortunate around Warialda.
Baby Photo Guessing Competition
Sydnei and Zinnia will conducting our Baby Photo Guessing competition before school and at lunchtime this week.
There will be posters with "the babies" on display.
Pick up an Entry Form from Sydnei and Zinnia and match the student and staff members name to the correct picture.
Our school captains will organise a yummy treat for the correct winner/winners.
