Parents & Friends 

💐I hope all our Mothers, Aunts, Carers and Grandmothers had a lovely Mother’s Day yesterday. 

We were fortunate to have an amazing group of volunteers on Friday and we got through the whole school within 2 hours - it was a huge effort! Huge thank you to Leonie who took charge of the Kindergarten Stalls on Wednesday & Friday, as well as Allison, Sarah, Heloise, George, Heidi, Rick, Vincya, Jarred, and Kathryn. Thank you also to Emily for her fantastic help with organising, and Tegan for helping sort gifts beforehand. 

Thank you very much to the staff for their patience while we interrupted classes during the morning. 

🎂The Cake Raffle prizes last week were provided by Ronnie (Junior) and Ling (Senior) and together they raised $40.20

🌭 ELECTION DAY

I know that this term is very busy for all our community, and any help you are able to provide is always very much appreciated. 

If you are able to help with Election Day, we are looking for volunteers on the Cake Stall (always very popular!) and the Sausage Sizzle. You can find a convenient time to volunteer here:

We will also be asking for cake/slice/biscuit donations on Friday the 20th and Saturday the 21st of May for the Cake Stall. We always seem to sell out quickly on the Cake Stall, so we are very grateful for any baked donations ❤️

🥣 If you are finding yourself struggling financially during this time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Jess who is our Community Services Representative. She will maintain the strictest of privacy and can help with getting food on the table for your family. You might need help with school snacks or lunches, or even dinners for the week.

🍪 Order forms will go home this week for the Billy G’s Cookie Dough Fundraiser. This is a great chance to pop a couple of tubs of cookie dough into the freezer and use it to bake a few cookies at a time for lunchboxes, morning tea etc. Please feel free to ask family and friends if they would like to purchase a tub too.
