2023 P&F Committee
We are still on the look out for a Secretary / Assistant Secretary.
Secretary/Assistant Secretary
- Prepare the agenda in consultation with the Chairperson and Principal
- Notify members of meetings (Date, time venue)
- Confirm attendance for team for meetings and chase up any reports that may be required prior to each meeting if the representative cannot attend
- Write up Minutes following each meeting
- Maintain records of all P&F meetings
- Receive and manage correspondence related to the P&F
- Oversee Facebook page
- Communicate with the school P&F community via the Facebook page as required for any P&F related matters
- Liaise with the class reps as required to inform about P&F initiatives
