Yarra Valley Water Incursion

On Wednesday 22 February Year 2 learnt about ways to save water with the help of “The Water Watchers” from another planet in the incursion presented by Yarra Valley Water.

Audrey's Irish Dancing

Audrey K (2F) gave a wonderful demonstration of Irish Dancing at our School Assembly on Monday 27 March.

"On Monday I performed my Irish Dance called the ‘Irish Jig’. I wore a black velvet dress and a silver bow in my hair. My black shoes were light on my feet and the laces took a long time to do up.

When you dance, you have to keep your legs straight and your arms a little to the back.

I was a bit nervous when I was dancing but  enjoyed performing!"

Mont De Lancey Historic Homestead Excursion

Year 2 will visit Mont De Lancey Historic Homestead in Wandin on Wednesday 17 May. This excursion will provide the students with an experience of school life in the past. 

Excursion details have been published on Compass. Consent and payment of $44 is payable now and not later than 10 May. CSEF can be applied to this activity.
