P&F Annual General Meeting
The P&F Committee AGM was held at school on Monday night. It was great to see new faces and get an update from our new Principal, Mr Ronchetti.
The 2023 Committee was elected at the conclusion of the meeting and the 2023 Committee representatives are below. We thank all those who have left us this year and welcome our new members. We are still needing a President to come on board to work with the new committee. We highly recommend two Presidents – grab a friend and utilise having the old P&F here to help you out.
What does a President do? Basically you will work with the whole committee as a team to facilitate the social functions that happen during the year. You get to spend time with the exec team of the school to determine how any monies raised is spent and at social functions welcome people and thank the helpers. We also have 4 P&F meetings a year where the President will welcome everyone and give an update on the P&F activity that term. It’s a fun role and even more fun if you do it with a friend to share it out. We also have a very strong Vice President in James who has been at the school a long time and who knows how everything runs. If you’re interested, come talk to the P&F at the Cocktail Party this year at the Club Hub which will be set up so you can get more information on P&F and the clubs.

The P&F Committee look forward to 2023, being able to resume our social calendar of events and see the Pius community spirit back in action whether at a soiree, on the sidelines or on the dance floor at the Cocktail Party.
Open Day - Saturday 18 March – BBQ Helpers needed
We need helpers to cook the P&F BBQ for prospective parents on Open Day. It’s a great way to spend an hour, especially if your boys are giving tours, come jump on the BBQ and have a chat to other parents.
Welcome P&F Cocktail Party – Friday 24 March
The date is locked in, Friday 24 March, 7:00 pm at the Chatswood Campus. The caterers are booked, the playlist is being put together. For those of you who weren’t here last year, this event sold out in days so click here to book your tickets asap! We will be running a raffle this year so watch for an email to find out the prize and purchase tickets online soon!
