OSHC

Bernadetta Martella

Wominjeka Everyone,

Thank you to all the families and community members for contributing to the Womenjeka picnic last Tuesday evening.

It was great to see all the families gathering as a community.

OSHC would like to take this opportunity to thank Uncle Bill for The Welcome to Country and Uncle Trevor for showcasing Aboriginal artifacts, storytelling and ochre painting.

We also, would like to congratulate Bobbi, Anouk and Lainey for their outstanding Acknowledgment of Country.

CCC conference video – Permission forms

We are delighted to let you know that we’ve been invited to showcase a two-minute video at the OSHC Conference of the Community Child Care Association (CCC), the peak Victorian body for community-owned education and care.

The proposed topic is the children’s perspective of the Acknowledgment of Country. We believe it is important to capture the children’s voice in our Acknowledgment of Country, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to share how we do that.

As the children are all part of developing the Acknowledgment of Country for their cohort, we’d like to make sure that all of them also have the opportunity to be involved in the video

Please complete the attached form to indicate your child's participation and return to OSHC program or email to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au :
