Learning and Teaching

Learning Diversity

'Learning diversity' refers to the infinite variety of life experiences and attributes a child brings to their formal learning at school.

As educators at St. Anthony’s Primary School, we seek to meet the needs of all learners so that every student at our school will experience success.

Diversity in the classroom leads to stronger empathy, self-confidence, feelings of self-worth and greater collaboration skills.

We as teachers and Learning Support staff continue to create a culture of inclusion and acceptance of others to support students in learning to build a more tolerant and just society.

Our fabulous team of Learning Support Officers continue to provide an additional and specialist resource to all classroom teachers.

Here is a sneak peek of all the fantastic learning and work that is occurring in our school everyday with the support of our LSO (Learning Support Officers) Staff.
