Our thoughts and prayers are with the loved ones of Brother Celestine Gavin, who entered eternal life on Tuesday 14 February.  Br Celestine passed with Brothers Colin Griffin, Michael McCabe, and Declan Thompson praying the six decades at his bedside.

Br Celestine's enjoyed a long life of dedicated service to the young, particularly those on the margins of society.

May his Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the friends, family and loved ones of Old Collegian, Alan Backman, who passed mid-February.  Alan was a long-serving member of the SBOCA and Co-founder of the Finian Foundation. 

Alan's health, mobility and verbal communication ability were severely impacted by a serious stroke only a few years ago, prior to which he worked as a highly experienced Aged Care Advisor, helping many people through their later years.

May Alan's Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.

Warmest thoughts and prayers to staff member, Anthea Scully, on the passing of her beloved mother, Gillian Elizabeth Scully, on 28 February, 2023. 

Gillian was loving wife of Joseph, adored mother of Richard, Stephen, Anthea and Harriet, and proud grandmother to Patrick, Arthur, Leo, Sammy, Max and Frankie.

Our sincere condolences to staff member, Shaun Harper, on the passing of his sister Felicity. Felicity passed away surrounded by her family on Monday 6 of March; the eve of the Feast of Saints Felicity and Perpetua.
