Congratulations Meia 

We finally have had some sport action at MCC in 2020.

For the first time at Marian we have had a student represent the College in an equestrian event.

Meia Peters represented Marian Catholic College on 7 November at the NSW Interschool Equestrian Challenge 2020 organised by the Scots School in Albury. Meia achieved some outstanding results and we are pleased to have a student representing this sport again. 

Meia achieved the following great results in the 12-14-year age group.

Dressage Test 1A-Riders from year 7 to 9 - 3rd Out of 29 riders

Dressage Test 1B-Riders from year 7 to 9 – 2nd Out of 27 riders

Show/Rider Class – Won 1st place out of 27 riders from year 7 to 9

Show jumping rounds 5th place.

Meia ended up overall Reserve Champion (runner up) ages from Year 7 to 9!

Cudmore Shield

Next week on the 19th of November we have three teams competing in the Cudmore Shield Cricket at Jubilee Oval. We wish these students well.
