Market Day and Book Week Dress Up

Year 6 Market Day and Book Week Dress-Up

Week One saw the Year 6s hold their annual Market Day Stall as part of their Business and Economics learning. This included creating services and products sold to raise money for the Year 6 gift. Students successfully raised $3,500 including the Dress-Up donations.

All stalls boasted creative ideas and these were enjoyed by all year levels across the school. Of the 20 stalls, there were services such as; hairspray, face-painting, ball toss, maze challenge, basketball, balloon tying, and pet rocks,  just to name a few.

The Book Week Dress-Up and Year 6 Market Day Stall fundraising amount will go towards a gift back to the school from the Year 6 cohort. We all wonder what the astonishing gift will be?
