Curriculum Day
The School would like to remind families that Friday, 27 November is a Curriculum Day (no students at school/kinder).
Please note reception will be open from 8.30am - 1.00pm on this day.
End of Term 4:
- Year 8-11 last day of classes: Friday, December 4 (normal finish time applies)
- Year 5-7 last day of classes: Monday, December 7 (normal finish time applies)
- Prep-Year 4 last day of classes: Tuesday, December 8 (normal finish time applies)
- Last day for Canteen/Cafe is Friday December 4

Celebration Night 2020

Sun Smart Information
Don't forget your drink bottle!
As the weather begins to warm up, we ask that families ensure to please pack one or two full drink bottles to school each day. Please note due to COVID-19 precautions, all drinking taps have been switched off (there are allocated taps for the refilling of drinking bottles).
Students are permitted to take a water bottle in to their classes with them.
Hats are to be worn by all students during recess and lunch times. SPF 30+ plus broad spectrum, water resistant sunscreen should be applied daily before going outdoors.
Daily temperatures should not be used as a guide to when sun protection is needed. When the temperature is cool, it means there is less infrared radiation, but UV levels can still be high. You can check the UV level forecast here.
Medication Collection
Families are reminded to collect all medication from Sickbay/ Reception at the end of the school year - including Epipens, inhalers, antihistamines Medication not collected at the end of the year will be disposed of through a chemist. As Epipens are considerably expensive, we strongly encourage families to place reminders on their calendars.
Stationery & Booklists 2021 - Edrolo Instructions
Further to the previous information sent out about booklists, please see here instructions from Edrolo for ordering the relevant VCE textbooks. This is for all students who are undertaking a VCE subject in 2021.
More information regarding booklists and stationery can be found here. Information regarding which textbooks need to be ordered through Edrolo can be found on the 'BHCS VCE Resource List' from Campion.
Please note, Edrolo Textbooks are not available to order until 30 November, 2020.
2021 OSHC Care
Please find the Parent Information Leaflet below which outlines information about before and afterschool care, the programming, and how to register your child/children.
Families can prepare for 2021 as OSHC bookings are now open.

Special offer for newly enrolled families
For the next 3 weeks – all newly enrolled families that register with Camp Australia and make an OSHC booking for Term 1 will get a free session of Holiday Club to use in January. Please see the below brochure for more details.
Curriculum Day Care: Friday 27th November
We are running a Curriculum Day OSHC program on Friday 27th November. We run from 6.30am until 6.30pm. Breakfast and afternoon tea provided, bring your own morning tea snack and lunch. This is free dress.
The program includes crafts and active games as well as student led activities. Book now on the Parent Portal.
