Rowville District Hoop Time: Junior (Year 3 and 4) and Senior (Year 5 and 6)

Firstly, thank you to all parent helpers who volunteered to take part in our Rowville District Junior and Senior Hoop Time tournaments. Without your support, these events could not go ahead.

Due to the current lockdown and uncertainty with awaiting further direction from the state government, the Senior Hoop Time tournament scheduled for Friday 23rd July will be postponed to a later date. Please keep an eye out in the newsletter and email from Operoo regarding new information and dates for both competitions.

SSV Virtual Cross Country for 2021

Built on the success of the 2020 Virtual Cross Country event, SSV is delighted to provide this great opportunity again in 2021. Students can run or walk for a new personal best or for fun and fitness. The main aim is for students to get out and give it a go.

Every meter run by a student will earn virtual points for their school. Students will be given the option to submit their performance with their parents permission, but if students wish they can also now have the additional option to not have their performance made public. This would be great if we could have plenty of student participation and even staff.
