VCE Drama
VCE Drama students have had a very busy start to the term with excursions to 2 VCAA performances – ‘Slap. Bang. Kiss’ and ‘Jack & Millie’. Both plays explored themes of strength, courage and resilience and whilst the students are completing written analyses SACs on each performance, they have also been able to take away some important life lessons and helpful food for thought.
VCE Drama Ensemble
Thursday June 2nd at 6.30 pm, sees the VCE Drama Ensemble showcase, with this year’s theme being, ‘Unnatural Selection’ which looks at the moral, social and environmental impact of AI (artificial intelligence) and genetic engineering both now and sometime in the future.
Students attended a full day workshop in the school holidays with past high-scoring students and continued to refine their performances at the VCE Arts Camp.
Performances will be held in the PAC Theatre with students, staff, parents and friends most welcome to attend.
