Health & Wellbeing Day

Tuesday 7 June

All Year 9 students will be involved in the Health & Wellbeing Day that will build students' resilience, mindfulness and empathy.

Students will be given the opportunity to engage in a range of workshops tailored towards building students' trust, confidence, self-esteem, health and connectedness to the school community.

Emotional, social, physical health and resilience are an essential part of a young person’s wellbeing. To address the challenge of keeping our young people safe and well, the Year 9 Health and Wellbeing Day has been arranged as an integral part of the Year 9 health program.

The cost per student is $15 due by, Monday 30 May on Compass.

Morning tea and Lunch will be supplied. This is included in the cost of $15.
