The readings for 17th Sunday in Ordinary Time Year C encourage us to pray and ask God for good things. In the gospel Jesus teaches his disciples the Our Father and encourages them to be persistent in prayer.

St Joseph's NAIDOC Celebrations
Our NAIDOC celebrations will be held this THURSDAY 21 July from 11:30am under the sails. Students will then move in House Groups through Creative Workshops. We will follow this with a sausage sizzle lunch and celebration cake. We hope you can make it!

NAIDOC Week in the Community
During the first week of the last school holidays, students joined with the local community to celebrate NAIDOC Week 2022! Thank you to Miss Allan & Krystle Lamb (Opportunity Hub - Tamworth) for supporting the students and this special event and for allowing me to share these beautiful photographs. Congratulations to all involved on a very successful week of celebrations.
Invitation to Mass for Grandparents' Day
Tuesday 26th July is the Feast Day of Saints Joachim and Anne - Jesus' grandparents. We will be celebrating Mass as a whole school and parish community and inviting you to visit your child's/children's classrooms before enjoying a lovely morning tea.
