Wizard of Oz tickets have been released and we have already had 159 of 300 ticket offers taken up. There is no cost for the performance.
Please book your tickets https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/400998155277 as soon as possible and mark September 1 on your calendar as this is going to be a wonderful experience for both students, parents, carers and staff.
This year our Fathers Day stall will be held on Thursday the 1st of September from 2-3pm. You can pay for gifts through Compass and the gifts are $12 each. You can also decline this event which would help us in knowing how many extra gifts we will have available for those who would like to purchase more than one.
We have had some reports of parents and carers pulling up on the crossing to drop children off, pulling up in the bus zone and also of parents pulling up along the gutter at the front of the school rather than reverse parking. Please ensure that you park correctly at the front of the school when dropping your children off and when you are collecting them in the afternoon. It is vital for everyone's safety that you do this every time.
It is a legal requirement that you log in to Compass to explain all absences within 7 days of your child being away from school. You will not be able to complete this task after the 7 days has passed which means they will be recorded as Absent Unexplained. Please make this a priority.
Term 3 accounts were emailed 26th July, 2022 and are due on Tuesday, 13th September, 2022. Payment options remain unchanged and include via the Qkr App; EFT through bank (please use account number, under date on your statement & surname as reference); CentrePay and ADIG Direct Debit.
Congratulations to Mia and Olive who were last week's winners of the yummy Coolamon voucher. The answers were:
Infants: The bunch of grapes represented the number 12.
Primary: Orange = 8, Watermelon = 12, Banana = 5
This week students are challenged to enter their most interesting animal fact. On Friday, one interesting fact from Infants and Primary will be randomly selected to win the Coolamon voucher.
Goodluck!
Keep those donations coming. Don't forget, Sports Day = Donation Day!
