General Excellence & Boarding Scholarships

General Excellence & Boarding Scholarships are now open for students entering Year 10 in 2023. 

Applications close 9th September, 2022 

General Excellence Scholarship

This Scholarship offers up to 50% remission of tuition fees for three years. General Excellence Scholarships are awarded to Students who demonstrate outstanding achievement or potential in one of the specified areas or across a range of the specified areas. It is expected that all scholarship recipients will be of a sound academic standing. 

Areas -  Academic, Arts: Music, Art, Drama, Sport/Athletics or Leadership.

Boarding Scholarship

This Scholarship offers up to $2000 remission of boarding fees for 3 years. Students need to demonstrate ways in which they could positively contribute to boarding life at Monivae. 

Scholarship applications should be addressed to The Principal and include; • Covering letter (written by student applying for scholarship) • Copies of reports, certificates and/or awards • Evidence of involvement in school and co-curricular activities such as sports, service clubs, cultural activities etc. • References from teachers, tutors, coaches etc. • Involvement in local parish or church activities.
