P&F ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & GENERAL MEETING (ON-LINE)

21 FEBRUARY 2022

NOTICE OF MEETING

 

The Annual General Meeting of your Parents & Friends Association will be held on Monday 21 February at 7:00pm, immediately followed by a General Meeting. Due to COVID-19 regulations and we will be convening this will be an online event.  

 

In order to manage the number of attendees we do ask that you register your interest on the below link;

A link to access the meeting, will be sent to all registered attendees on Monday 21st, February by 6:00pm.

 

The main item on the agenda of the AGM will be the election of Executive positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) for 2022.  Under the Constitution all members of the executive shall retire from office and are eligible for re-election or re-appointment.  The status of this is as follows:

Being a member of the College P&F is a great way to meet other Marist families and become connected to your son’s education. In the event no nomination is received for a vacant position, further nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting.  

I would sincerely like to thank all executive, members of the sub-committees, the school, parents and friends for your continuing contribution to the Marist Family and I hope we can contribute to, and enjoy all aspects of the College throughout 2022.
