P&F ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (ONLINE)
21 FEBRUARY 2022
NOTICE OF MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of your Parents & Friends Association will be held on Monday 21 February at 7:00pm. Due to COVID-19 regulations and we will be convening this will be an online event. A link will be sent to parents to access the event in the coming weeks.
In order to manage the number of attendees we do ask that you register your interest on the below link;

We invite each of you, as members of the College community, to attend. We value your input and welcome agenda items.
The main item on the agenda will be the election of Executive positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) for 2020. Under the Constitution all members of the executive shall retire from office and are eligible for re-election or re-appointment. The status of this is as follows:
President Jim Gordon Nominating for re-election
Vice President Paul Guy Nominating for re-election
Vice President Donna Lynn Nominating for re-election
Treasurer Andrew Howse Nominating for re-election
Secretary Bethany Sharman Nominating for re-election
To nominate for Executive positions please complete and email the attached nomination form to SecretaryPandF@marash.qld.edu.au Nominations will be accepted up until 5:00pm Sunday 13 February 2021.
Being a member of the College P&F is a great way to meet other Marist families and become connected to your son’s education. In the event no nomination received for a vacant position, further nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting.
I would sincerely like to thank all executive, members of the sub-committees, the school, parents and friends for your continuing contribution to the Marist Family and I hope we can contribute to, and enjoy all aspects of the College throughout 2022.
