Meeting Rescheduled

The AGM (Annual General Meeting) of the P&C has been rescheduled and will be held on Monday February 28 at 7pm.  Due to current Covid restrictions and safety directives this meeting will not be able to be held on school grounds.  Details of how and where the meeting will go ahead will be announced in the coming week. 

 

Due to low attendance levels, we were unable to go ahead with the meeting scheduled for Monday 14 February. The AGM is the most important meeting of the year as it is the meeting where we vote in the committee position holders and set the major events for the fundraising year. The P&C relies on passionate, committed volunteers to continue supporting our school. We are currently looking for people to take on the roles of treasurer and secretary in the executive committee and several general committee members to assist with planning and fundraising. If you are able to volunteer your time and knowledge, we would love to have you. Cookie Dough Fundraising

Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie & Biscuit Dough is coming to Marangaroo! 

 

Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough is an exciting fundraiser, made by an Australian, family owned and operated business. There are ten (10) dough-licious flavours to choose from, including the most popular Choc Chunk and Caramel White Choc. You can also create your own cookie magic with a NEW Golden Classic flavour – the base of the Billy G’s secret family recipe. Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough is exclusive to fundraising, so stock up!

To achieve our goal, we need to sell a total of 250 tubs of cookie dough. Billy G’s is a completely cashless fundraiser.  All orders must be placed online and paid by credit card or PayPal, so make sure you create your online fundraising page at www.australianfundraising.com.au today!

How do we create a Fundraising Page? Creating a fundraising page is easy!

  1. Visit www.australianfundraising.com.au and click the “Student/Parent Login” button. You will then need to register to fundraise on the cybersafe, Billy G’s Cookie Dough platform. 
  2. Choose your goals and create a unique avatar!
  3. Place your order using the “Order Now” button and share your fundraising page with your family and friends via the “Share” section so they can start buying some yummy cookie dough. Easy!

How do prizes work? Every student who sells a tub will receive an incentive prize for their efforts! But why not aim higher? The more tubs you sell the more prizes you will receive!  There are 12 prizes available, so set your own fundraising goal and aim for them all! Prizes are automatically ordered at the end of our fundraiser based on the number of tubs you have sold.

 

Win a $10,000 JB Hi-Fi Shopping Spree! Our highest tub seller will go into a draw to win a $10,000 JB Hi-Fi Shopping Spree. Plus, every student that achieves all online virtual badges will win a Billy G’s “You’re One Awesome Cookie” Bag Tag.
