Snorkelling Excursion

Y9&10 Marine Sanctuary (BEST)

Our Marine Sanctuary class participated in our first snorkeling excursion on Tuesday 15/2, we were able to observe marine life such as an eagle ray, banjo shark, 11 arm sea star, pufferfishes and much more. The thing we enjoyed the most was the independence we got in Ricketts’s point as we were to be able to snorkel around the bay, it was interesting to see what we have been learning these first weeks with the adaptations of the marine organisms and invertebrates put into action.

Thank you to Mr Seddon and Mr Martin for taking us, we had a great trip.
