Student Excellence

We have kicked off the Student Excellence Program with a bang at Roxburgh Park Primary.

In Term One, selected Grade 5 students have been involved in a Lego Mindstorms program. It has been an amazing learning experience with an equally amazing group of students. 

Students have collaborated together to build a Lego robot. Students have had to use Mathematic and Coding Skills to perform movements such as left, right, forward and backwards. They are maneuvering around obstacles and through mazes to the millimetre.

Next term, the heat will be turned up a notch when our students visit Roxburgh College to learn from their experience in a cross age tutoring program.
