St. Augustine's Primary - Music in Term 2

Choir Term 2 

The choir is getting ready to start in Term Two! Vocal students having lessons at SAPS are required to be in the Choir, but it's also open to any child from Prep to Year 6 who would like to sing. Click on the Registration  link below if you are interested in joining Choir and are not having singing lessons. Note that groups will be split if the numbers are too large, to suit year levels or ability. 

Guitar Ensemble Term 2 

Guitar Ensemble will also commence for Term Two, with Bud's current guitar students required to be there. Students that don't have lessons with Bud but have lessons outside the school are free to join so long as they have been playing the guitar for a year or more.

Note that Guitar Ensemble is not a guitar lesson. The ensemble is a weekly rehearsal for school performances and school concerts.

Times and Days 

Guitar Ensemble will run on Tuesday and Choir on Wednesday. The rehearsals will be at lunchtime (11-11:45 am) in the Music Building. Guitar Ensemble students will need to bring their instruments with them.  These ensembles will be learning material for our upcoming performance at St. Augustine's. 

There is no cost for participating in these ensembles, so it's a great chance to get involved!
