Swimming Carnival
On Friday 26th March we held the Whole School Swimming Carnival at Orange Aquatic Centre. Students begun the day with 50m and 25m races as well as a 25m assisted race. Once all the students arrived we proudly marched in our house groups around the pool and continued into novelty activities before a BBQ lunch.
We are so grateful to have had students from Orange High School to come and assist in the water as well as starting events, judging, ribbon presenting and running novelty events.
All staff and students had a fantastic day with the winning house and age champions to be announced on Wednesday.
Thank you to Mr Callaway and the OHS students for their support throughout the day. Also, I would like to send a shout out to the Orange Aquatic Centre for hosting us for the day and all the staff at Anson Street School who supported our students, in a wide range of additional roles, to have a wonderful day.
