Positive Education @ Anson

Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)
The term has certainly flown by and we have seen many positive behaviours from our students as they strive to be respectful and responsible in all environments. Some senior students have been assisting with the PBL shop and the shake bar, learning new skills and working alongside staff. It has been wonderful to see students supporting each other on the oval playing team sports responsibly.
Over the break please encourage your child to be respectful, responsible and safe when they are playing, relaxing, socialising and visiting friends.

Congratulations to Tyler Morris who has been selected to participate in the 2021
TEN4TEN Leadership Dialogue. The program aims to link ten selected youth leaders with ten community leaders for a unique mentoring experience.
Competition was strong across Orange schools with only 10 students being selected for this program. Year 11 students Ruby and Jack also applied for the leadership opportunity but unfortunately were not successful for this program. Their written application of what leadership means to them will put them in a good place for school leadership positions in Year 12 2022.
Congratulations to these students for their efforts throughout the term.
