YEAR 10 DRAMA

During term 2, year 10 Drama students have been devising their own short plays centred on contemporary issues that affect them. Working in three companies, the students wrote the plays, created the characters, designed the offstage elements and performed to friends and family on 2 June at the Domain Theatre.

They were privileged to work with the State Theatre’s Paulo Castro, who provided illuminating workshops on the devising process and assisted in developing their dramatic ideas. 

Congratulations to the students for achieving this impressive product that explored the impact of bullying and the nature of conformity.  Well done!
