OPEN BOYS FOOTBALL

Aberfoyle Park High School participated in the Open Boys Football Knock Out competition against Seaview High School and Pulteney Grammar this year. After a poor first quarter the team traded goals with Seaview to eventually lose 12.6 (78) to 7.4 (46). A great result considering six of our students had not played a competitive game of Australian Rules Football before.

With a few injured and tired players Aberfoyle Park High School played with 17 players against Pulteney and lost 2.3 (15) to 10.12 (72). However the team had many laughs, with the resting Seaview players applauding our school every time we gained possession and scored goals. A great day was had by all with our school being represented proudly by our young men. Goal scorers and best players for the day were:
