Parent -Carer-Teacher Interviews

Parent/Carer Teacher Interviews Term 1, 2021. 

Term 1 is now half way through and we are heading towards our first round of Parent/Carer Teacher Interviews. 

PTIs will run in a COVID safe manner for staff, students and families.

There will be no face to face PTI event, rather there will be an opportunity for staff to make contact through either a phone call or an email.

Parents/Carers will be able to request email or phone contact with Teachers via a Compass schedule.

Time slots will be available between:

3.30 pm -  4.30 pm on Monday 15th of March and Tuesday 16th of March 

8.30 am - 4.30 pm on Thursday 18th of March 

Interviews should run up to 10 mins. 

Please note: Thursday the 18th of March will be a student free day. 

Bookings

Via Compass 

Parents/carers can book in a 10 min slot with the teachers they want contact by using the Compass ‘Translator’ option. They will be able to select 'Email' or 'Phone' as the preferred means of contact. 

There will be a communication regarding this in the next issue of the EMC Community Connection communication, on the Compass News feed and the Compass  PTI booking page.   

Staff will ensure they make phone contact at the requested time by parents/carers.

Dates

Progress Reports will be open for viewing on Compass on  3.30 pm Wednesday the 10th of March. 

Bookings to request a phone call or email will be open 4.00 pm on Friday the 12th of March.
