Motorsport games Australian karting representatives

Aiva Anagnostiadis, Year 9, has been selected as the sole senior representative for Australia in the 2022 Motorsport Games in France in October.  Aiva will be representing all the Australian Karters in her age group - what a massive achievement for a 15-year-old and a female!

Here is a press release announcing the results.

Aiva's brother, James Anagnostiadis, Year 6, has also become the youngest-ever Junior Max Champion, outdriving competitors up to 15 years of age!

As a result, he's received a ticket to represent Australia at the World Rotax Championships in Portugal in November.

What incredible results from both Aiva and James! We wish them the very best for their upcoming competitions.

Tasmanian Short Course Championships

Annie Steele, Year 8, had a great weekend at the Tasmanian Short Course Championships, taking state titles for the 13-year-old girls in the 100m free and 100m medley.

She also came 2nd in the Women’s 100m backstroke and 13-year-old girls 100m breaststroke; 3rd in the Women’s 200m freestyle; and was a member of several successful club relay teams.

What amazing results! Well done Annie!
