Hi Julian,

   just wanted to share some pics from yesterday's Haunted Hills VIc Schools Series.  Angus Melville, Daniel Nixon and Max McCarthy represented CSC amazingly in the u15s race division.  Anugus scored 2nd, Daniel 4th, and Max 5th.  All three were well ahead of the main pack !

It was a great day's racing and quite competitive !

I assume you also heard the results from the previous round at Lysterfield last month.  In that race, Daniel Nixon finished 2nd, Angus 4th and Max 5th - so CSC clearly dominates those positions :)  I did take photos of that but they were not very good quality.

Sandhurst Athletics -Bendigo Athletics Track

A huge congratulations to the 10 students who participated in the Sandhurst Athletics Carnival at the Bendigo Athletics Track on the 13th of September. 

Claire Mitchell, Jack Nuttall, Abi Waddington, Teddy Nicholson, Finn Girbon, Maija Bendrups, Oliver Britt, Magnus Britton, Gene Edwards, and Meg Braszel all did an amazing job in representing the college on the day. The CSC team did the college proud demonstrating the college values of Pride, Respect and Responsibility on the day while also achieving some excellent results. 

Oliver, Jack, Finn, and Magnus will be going on to the next level (Lodden Mallee) by winning one or more of their events. Jack was awarded U/15’s Age Group Champion. A fantastic achievement.

A big thank you to Seren Marshall and Jack Davidge for volunteering on the day. They did a great job assisting with the discus event.

Also, many thanks to Anthony Van Emmerik for assisting on the day with supporting students, and driving the bus.
