❤️ Thanks to everyone who put up their hand to help with my frantic call out on the Parent Facebook Group last night - you are all amazing and I was blown away by your support.
The Father’s Day / Special Person’s Day Stalls are filled, and I’ll be messaging everyone who volunteered tomorrow afternoon to confirm the times they selected.
🎁 The Father’s Day/Special Person’s Day Stalls will go ahead later this week.
Kindergarten children will need to bring $2 on their selected day - please check the Kindergarten section of the newsletter to find your child’s day. Children will be able to choose 1 gift for their Special Person.
The School Stall will go ahead Friday morning. Children can bring a maximum of $10, and choose 1-2 gifts. All gifts are priced between $2 - $5.
📚 Thanks to everyone who has donated books for the Book Swap. We will start sorting the books into categories tomorrow morning in preparation for next Thursday 8th of Sept.
A sign up sheet will be ready later this week if you’re keen to help out.
🪩The Kinder & School Disco will be on Friday night. If you’d like to help hand out glow sticks to the children as they enter, please let me know. It’s always a really fun night with lots of excitement.
🪳Head Lice checks are on Wednesday 31st of August. Many hands make the task finish quicker, so if you are able to help out, please contact Mais Sukker (our Head Lice Co-ordinator) or contact Ally in the Office for more information.

🪴 Do you have a green thumb, or enjoy working in the garden? We would like to establish a parent gardening group to help support the Kitchen Garden Program. You might not know the difference between a dandelion or a daffodil, but if you enjoy getting out in the fresh air, we’d love to have you. Alternatively, you might love working with kids in the kitchen to help them become confident cooks.
If either of these activities interest you, please feel free to get in contact with either Bu Mundy through Sentral, or let me know.
Thanks to everyone who attended last week’s P&F Meeting. I’ll aim to hold another meeting within the first 2-3 weeks of Term 4 to prepare for the State Election Day, and Christmas celebrations.
