Secondary Northern Inland Regional Netball Finals
On Wednesday 14th September, our Years 7/8 Girls team travelled to Tamworth to compete in the Northern Inland Regional Netball Finals. The team won their first three games and were undefeated at the conclusion of the round games.
After a very intense and close game the girls came out second best after their semi and went on to win their final game in extra time and then into golden point. Our team finished in 3rd place overall. Every participant is to be congratulated for their sportsmanship and dedication throughout the day. It was fantastic to see such a strong bond amongst our St Philomena's team with high levels of team spirit.
