Being a leader is a privilege and not a right. Most of the iconic leaders are humble in nature seeking to drive a cause to make our world a better place. They put their team ahead of their personal needs, they take risks, speak up for others and they do all the hard stuff. There is little glory in being a leader but the warm feeling of making a difference is inspiring and fulfilling.

My heroes are Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela and my Mum.

10-12 cm from ground when kneeling should be used as a guide for appropriate length.
