Congratulations to all our Year 9 boys who participated in ACC Sport this Year. St Bede’s won the Year 9 ACC Aggregate Award for 2018. This award covers all weekly sporting competitions and it is presented to the school that achieves the most consistent results across all eight sports – cricket, tennis, volleyball, football, soccer, basketball, hockey and table tennis.

Week 7 Results
Triathalon 2018/2019
Race one of the 2018/2019 Triathlon was held at Elwood beach on Sunday morning, unfortunately Melbourne’s unpredictable weather struck in the days leading into the race and the swim was cancelled, turning the event into a duathlon. The team had been training for the past 6 months and were ready for the starter’s horn to sound.
St Bede’s had 16 boys on the start line with many of them racing for the first time and all of them represented the College with pride. Stand out performances came from Riley Roberts - 6th in the Junior Elite race and in the U19 age-group, Declan Dawson - 10th, Flynn Martin - 13th, Luke Western - 15th and Liam Higgins 20th. Race two is in a couple of weeks and many boys will have their fingers crossed for a swim to start the race.
