Regional Debating Comp

On Tuesday 15th September Shepparton High School participated in the regional debating competition with The Debaters Association of Victoria (DAV). 

Students had previously attended intensive training with DAV and learnt about ' matter', 'method' and 'manner ' and it paid off with Jordy Williams (Year 7) winning best speaker as well as winning the debate. 

All students presented extremely well and thoroughly enjoyed debating on topics regarding  'Australia Day ', ' Digital Photo Enhancement', ' Advertising ', Animals in Sport', 'Asian Languages ' and 'Petrol Pricing'.
