CSEF Funding

The CSEF funding is being made available to eligible families again in 2016 from the beginning of Term 1.
To be eligible for payment in Term 1 you must hold a valid Centrelink card as at January 27th 2016.
If you become eligible during Term 1 you can apply if your card will be valid first day of Term 2, April 11th 2016.
The amount is $225 per child for secondary school students.
You need only complete one form and include all daughters attending Matthew Flinders on this one form. If eligible you will receive the amount for each child.

You are eligible in 2016 regardless of receiving funding in 2015 so please reapply.

School Council has ensured that levies are classified correctly in relation to activities essential to your daughters’ schooling. This will enable families to have more choice in how the CSEF monies are allocated which is particularly important for students in Years 11 and 12 to gain full advantage of the funding.  I strongly encourage all eligible families to apply. The monies are transferrable to siblings should a student cease schooling prior to funding being fully utilised. Alternatively if there is no sibling the funding remains at the school and School Council will allocate the funds to assist families who need support to allow their daughter to attend camp or excursions.

Please complete the  form and forward with a copy of your Centrelink card to the school from January 27th.
