PFA Report
End of Term 4
This year has seemed to fly past us in the blink of an eye. It really doesn't feel that long ago it was Term 1 and we were ordering Mother's Day stock... But, this is the final PFA news for the year.
It has been another amazing year of support and fundraising from all of you, the parents of the school. We may do a lot of work, but without all of your continued support, we wouldn't be able to raise the funds each year that we do. This year we have been raising for new Take Home Readers for the children of the school. We are proud to say that we have raised almost $29,000!
We are looking forward to another fun-filled year of activities that the children can participate in for next year. There will be BBQ’s, Mother's Day and Father's Day stalls, Uniform stalls and possibly even a disco... just to name a few. Please continue to support us to raise funds to help continue to make the children’s school a happy and fun learning environment.
From all of us at the PFA, we wish you and your loved ones a wonderful Christmas and New Year. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2020. 🎄🎁🎉
Raffle Tickets
Some of the raffle tickets were unfortunately returned after the due date. This has pushed back the draw of the 3 prizes as we had to finish counting all the late returns of money.
If anyone still has any unsold raffle tickets at home, please return these to the school at your earliest convenience.
If you have lost your tickets, please fill in the stat declaration that was emailed to all parents this week, and return to the office.
Best of luck for the draw. Mr Lacey will be drawing the raffle next Monday live over the PA system at school. Winners will be notified.
Special Thank You of Appreciation
There have been a lot of major sponsors that have helped us make the pfa so successful this year. Summer Celebration
What a fabulous evening of fun, laughs, and entertainment to help wrap up the end of 2019.
The Prep-2's did a fabulous job with their songs. As too did the Senior Choir, Zumba dancers and who can forget the teachers dance.
A big thank you to the Mr Whippy van and the Coffee Van for coming to join forces with the PFA BBQ crew to feed the hungry crowds. It was a great turn out, and so much fun. We look forward to doing it again in 2020.
Second Hand Uniform Stall
The Second Hand Uniform Stall will be running regularly in the first week of every month in 2020. The next stall will be held in the new year and details will be sent out prior to the day confirming the exact date and time. At this stage, we are still expecting the times to stay the same as this year (from 8.30-9.00am and in the afternoon from 3.15-3.45pm). Will still be outside the school gym near the canteen area.
If anyone has any uniforms they would like to donate to the school, please hand them to the office when school recommences. All clothes must be clean, without holes and able to be worn.

The PFA have a permanent email address, which parents can use to communicate with the PFA. PFA Meeting
The PFA meetings for this year have concluded. They will commence again at the beginning of term 1 2020. We look forward to hopefully seeing some new faces for the new year.
