More than half of the Year 10 cohort have still not found work experience placements. Students should be using these holidays to find and lock in placements. Students who have a placement should bring in their work experience arrangement forms to the careers team so we can take your name off the unplaced list. Students should not leave finding a placement for too much longer as all the good placements will have been filled.

 

There are lots of activities happening during these school holidays such as:

Do some research and get involved.

Work Experience/VET & Career Pathways Coordinators

Environment sub-committee

The Environment sub-committee has been working on our proposal for a Nude Food Day, a day to help the Environment by bringing unpackaged food to school. It is planned to be approved for Term 2, so we are constantly looking for new ideas! Within the next term or so we will also be advertising events external to the school surrounding the environment such as clean up days and other activities that you can get involved in. This information will be posted in the canteen area so keep your eyes peeled! If any of you have any ideas or questions feel free to email any of us at the following emails or come find us in our respective houses.
