Priority Posts in Compass

You may have noticed that some 'PRIORITY POSTS' are sitting at the top of the Compass News Feed. 'Priority Posts' are those that are manually selected to stay at the top of the News Feed meaning they will not slip down the News Feed as other posts are added. This initiative keeps the posts you might need to action/refer back to at the top of the News Feed.

Please ensure that you continue to scroll down the News Feed to read new posts that have been added.

Lunch Clubs - Term 3

We are pleased to advise that Lunch Clubs will be up and running again in Term 3, after the School Concert. At an Assembly last term, our Wellbeing Captains asked students to put up their hand if they had been to a Lunch Club - over half the school put their hand up!

Information on the Lunch Clubs on offer for Term 3 will be available soon.

2018 School Photos - Survey Results

Thank you to those who took the time to complete the ‘2018 School Photos’ survey. 85% of respondents were happy with their school photos indicating that they were great quality, great poses and captured the children very well.

We very much appreciate the feedback from those who indicated that they were not happy with their photos and this has been forwarded on to the photo company. The main area of concern was  delivery issues with sibling photos.

Student Information Details Form

As you will appreciate, it is EXTREMELY important that we are able to promptly contact you at any time. It is also essential that we have accurate Parent Occupation and Education information for funding purposes. An 'IMPORTANT STUDENT INFORMATION DETAILS' form was sent home on 23 July - please check the details, complete the form and return to the Office by tomorrow (Friday 27 July). It is important that the form is returned for EVERY child, even if the details are accurate. If you did not receive a form, please let us know.

Please remember to contact the school if any of these details or your circumstances change in the future.

Nationally Consistent Collection of Data

Beaumaris North Primary School is currently completing the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on students with a disability. The data counts the number of children at our school who receive additional adjustments to support their disability.

The collection of data helps the Government plan for the needs of students with a disability. It ensures Schools, Education Authorities and Governments understand the needs of the students with a disability and how they can best be supported at school.
