House Cross Country Carnival
The College’s House Cross Country competition was held on Monday 13 May. Whether the students walked, ran or jogged the course, it was great to see them getting out and exercising and representing their House for points. Well done to Monoceros House who managed to get the win over Delphinus by just eight points and claim victory for the fifth year in a row. We hope that the following students who won in their age group will go on to represent St John’s in the SIS Cross Country on 28 May.

SIS Swimming
On Monday 13 May Tofy Jorissen was chosen to represent not only St John’s Regional College but also the entire SIS (Southern Independent Schools) swimming squad. He was chosen after an amazing display of first results at the SIS competition last month. Tofy was selected for five events which included many relays and an individual Breaststroke event in which he came fifth overall. Tofy did an outstanding job representing the College and had a great time swimming at MSAC on the night.
The SIS team overall came 8th out of the 14 school associations in Melbourne. Well done Tofy!
