ISF World School Championship 2018

In April, more than 600 young athletes from 34 countries gathered in Paris for the 2018 ISF World School Cross Country Championships. The event was held right at the feet of the Eiffel Tower.

In this event, our Year 11 student, Abbey  represented Australia in her event in Paris. We would love to congratulate Abbey on her incredible achievement in finishing in sixth place in her event.  Abbey will be representing Australia as she competes in Finland later in the year for the 1500-meter cross country event. Well done Abbey!

Australian Futsal Competition

On Wednesday, 2 May, the Doncaster Secondary College under 13 boys competed in Australian Futsal Competition held at Oakleigh Recreation centre. The boys played 4 games throughout the day and stayed undefeated, meaning we had made it to the semi-final. We played against John Fawkner Secondary College in the semi-final and won in a close match. This meant we were going into the final to play Templestowe College. In the grand final we had a convincing win 5-3. Congratulations to all the boys on an amazing achievement!!
