Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser

The PFA will be holding a Sausage Sizzle at Cranbourne Bunnings on Sunday 18th August. 

This is a wonderful opportunity to fundraise for our school, however, in order for it to be a success the PFA require volunteers. If you can spare an hour or 2 to assist at this event, please sign up via the following link (click the Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Tab):

The PFA are also seeking donations of soft drink cans, condiments & Woolworths vouchers. Donations can be left in the allocated tubs in The Gallery. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Mondo Clothing Drive

On Thursday, 25 July, the PFA and The Sustainability & Environment Team organised a Mondo Recycled Clothing Collection.

Our school community did a wonderful job collecting old items to donate. We filled 2 whole vans of items! Our school will receive 0.10c for every kilo donated.

Not only does this program help raise money for our school, it also  reduces  waste  to landfill, creates  jobs and supports communities in developing countries at the same time.

We thank the school community for their assistance with this fantastic fundraiser!

Cadbury Chocolate Drive

Payment for the Cadbury Chocolate Boxes were due by last Friday 19th July.  If you have not yet returned payment for your chocolates, please do as soon as possible.

If you had generously agreed to sell extra boxes, we are willing to work within an alternative return date, please contact the Office.

If any families would like to help us out by selling another box of chocolate your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please note that the office's preferred payment option is QKR. EFT or direct deposit into the schools bank is also available. If bringing in cash, please change your coins for notes. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

PFA Meeting

The Parents and Friends Association (PFA) will be holding their next meeting on Friday, 9th August at 9am in the Staff Room. Please sign in at the office.

The agenda for this meeting will include planning of the Bunnings Sausage Sizzle, Father’s Day Stall & Raffle, Footy Day special lunch & parent social night.

Father's Day Stall & Raffle

The PFA have been busy preparing gifts for our Father’s Day Stall on Wednesday, 28th August.

Parents may provide their child/children with some spending money in a named envelope. Gifts range from $1 to $7 and cater for dads, grandfathers or any special men in our students’ lives. Please provide a bag to safely carry the gifts home as these are not provided.

This year the PFA will also be opening the stall to the school community on Wednesday, 28th from 3.15pm-4.15pm in “The Hub”. EFTpos will be available at the office.

The Father’s Day raffle will also be drawn on this day and winners notified via Compass. Tickets cost $1 each and are due back by Tuesday 27th August. Donations from families to include in the prize hampers will be gratefully received at the donation box in the Gallery. A list of the amazing prizes up for grabs will be posted soon.

In order for these fundraising events to be a success we require volunteers to help on the day! To volunteer, please follow these steps:

Entertainment Books 19/20

This year we are raising money for our school through Entertainment Books. Please help us achieve our goal by purchasing you  your Entertainment Membership from us. Cranbourne South Primary School receives 20% from every Membership sold so tell your family and friends to support us as well.

The Entertainment Memberships are available as a book or a digital Membership App. Both are full of great value with plenty of offers and discounts.

Stuck On You Fundraiser

The PFA are fundraising with 'Stuck On You'! Stuck On You supply a massive range of personalised products that can help families live a more organised life. From drink bottles, backpacks, lunchboxes, stationery and not to mention their enormous range of personalised name labels!

The school will receive a 20% commission on all orders that Stuck On You receive via our unique URL and 5% on all promotional products ordered. All orders are completed through the Stuck On You website and shipped directly to your address from their warehouse.
