Performance and Development Plans (PDP) 2022 - Mid-Cycle Review

As a school, for the performance and development process in 2022, we will use the state-wide alternative Statement of Expectation instead the standard Performance and Development Plan (PDP) process. Staff or reviewers are not required to complete any routine documentation or monitoring in eduPay.

The 2022 Statement of Expectation for teacher class employees is aligned to the key improvement strategies of learning and wellbeing in the AIP. Teacher class employees are encouraged to consider how they contribute to these areas as appropriate to their role and setting.

Please find below your PDP template with state-wide goals for your salary classification with a summary of aligned AIP activities:

Term 3 Mid-Cycle Review: Time will be set aside early in Term 3 in PLTs/Team Planning to review mid-year monitoring of these goals and review your contributions to our AIP activities. For teachers these will be facilitated by your Learning Specialist (Primary/Secondary). Allocated time will be timetabled to release ESS in PLT groups facilitated by our Leading Teachers. For other staff, you may have 1:1 PDPs with your line manager instead rather than groups.
