My name is Kiraley, and I am one of your College Captains for 2022. I was in the PAC program from years 7-9 and I love getting involved in the school with things like production, iCAN Challenge and working bees. My passions include volunteering, performing and helping others. I love picnicking with my friends and family, and I’ll never skip the opportunity for a good list. The other captains and I look forward to seeing everyone’s faces around.
Fun Fact – I was a baby boy on Neighbours when I was 3 weeks old.
My name is Flynn, and I am one of your College Captains. Outside of school I love being active and getting out and about. I love surfing, I love snowboarding, and I can’t wait for footy to be back. My favourite food is a HSP, and my go to movie is Rocky III. I came up through the Murdoch program and was heavily involved with leadership in junior and middle school, undertaking roles such as class captain and student rep. I have always been on the front foot when it comes to getting involved with the community; participating in events such as the iCAN Challenge, the Red Shield appeal, helping out on open nights, and representing the school in inter school sports when the opportunity arises. Coming out of the past two years where we have all lost so much, the other captains and I recognise that it’s time to lead by example and pave a pathway for success in 2022.
Fun Fact: I am a 3rd generation player at the Pines Football Club.
Hi my name, is Raya Stinchcomb, and I am one of the newly acquainted Vice Captains of EMC. Throughout my education, I have worked hard to take advantage of every chance to learn and improve. I consider the role of School Vice-Captain as an excellent chance to develop leadership and responsibility experience while also representing and supporting my fellow students' views and endeavours. I have always put my best foot forward when it comes to anything, academic or extracurricular related. One of my proudest leadership achievements has been my involvement in the iCAN challenge. My involvement has lasted over 5 years in which I have raised approximately $10,000 which has been donated to the Royal Children’s Hospital. I think it is of knowledge that the last two years have been extremely challenging for students. Leaving us with the question of did we leave the classroom or did the classroom just evolve. As a college captain I hope to make the transition back into a hopefully normal school year as smooth as possible. While it is beyond my control, I hope that COVID-19 has a little influence and that students do not suffer the turmoil of 2020 and 2021 this coming year. Some of my interests outside of school include, playing the guitar, going to St Kilda and Melbourne Storm games, playing and umpiring Netball and reading.
Fun Fact: I have watched the Harry Potter movies so much I can recite most lines.
