Community Group News

Last week the community group meet.  We are looking for new members to come and join our team to help support the school through the key foundations of our group: 

• Fundraising
• Social / Community Engagement
• Pastoral Care
• Parental Engagement

Social/School Events

As it stands at the moment all social events for the rest of the year will not be taking place (other than those organised by the school). 

There will be limited school functions but we may be requiring help for an end of term function that we will let you know about soon.

Fundraising

Each family will have received their box of chocolate bars to sell for $1 each bar ($60 per box). Unsold boxes and/or money will need to be returned by Friday 10th December.

Save the Date

Each year St Luke’s sends volunteers to assist with the Triathlon held down by the lake.  In 2022 this will be held on Sunday 13th March. We will be looking for helpers to man stations at the Triathlon.  We need around 28 people doing shifts starting from 5am through to the end of the day.  A form will be published from the office in the new year for volunteers to complete if they would like to help.  This is a great fundraiser for us as a school and we always get great feedback from the organisers about our contribution.  Please add the date to your calendars and we look forward to seeing all the volunteers next year.
