The Heroes Around Us

Over the past few weeks we have been working to identify the qualities that we look for in heroes and describing who they are for each of us. We now know that a hero can be different for everyone and can have a range of qualities such as being courageous, brave, determined, supportive, generous and modest.  We all agree that heroes do have an impact on us somehow. 

Attached are some of the excerpts of work by Year 8 when identifying their own personal heroes in their families, community, nation and the world.
