Wellbeing Day: Building Resilience 

 As part of our Term 2 Wellbeing Program on Wednesday, June 20th students will be involved in a number of activities designed to help them cope and thrive when faced with challenges. 

 

Students will be involved in the following workshops:

 

* Savvy on Social Media Guest Speaker

* Mindfulness and Yoga

* Nutrition and Wellbeing

* Arts and Crafts to manage stresss

 

No scheduled classes will run on this day.
