GWR Athletics

22 Warrnambool College students attended the Greater Western Region Athletics event on September 16th at the Llanberris Reserve in Ballarat. It was a cold and windy day making both track and field events challenging but the sun did shine for most of the day keeping the rain away. The students were very successful with lots of personal best efforts and some great medal placings. The Warrnambool College team finished 6th from all schools in attendance due to our fantastic participation from all athletes. Below are some of the highlights from the day:
